ILG Invoice import setup

  1. Host - Host Maintenance -> Add
  2. Type in ILG in Code, Description and Misc Fields.
  3. Click the Order/Invoice Download Tab
  4. Click Add
  5. On the next window press the "Set to Defaults" button and also tick the Passive box.
  6. Change the password to the one provided by ILG. Username is always memberftp.
  7. Change the connection path to suit their Number. Check their group by connecting to the FTP via filezilla. Path for ftp is mftp.ilg.com.au. Call ILG IT Department for the Password or email m.cole@ilg.com.au. See below screenshots
  8. Hit OK and then OK again.
  9. Go to suppliers and make sure ILG is present and that it has Electronic Invoice code set to ILG.
  10. Put the account number against the location in iControl. iControl - Set Up-Locations - Host Customer Number
