How to Send and Invoice via Email



  1. Open Account Maintenance
  1. Open the account you want to send an invoice from
  1. Click the Transactions Tab












  1. Either Double Click on a selected invoice or single click (so it is highlighted) and click change.













  1. Click Email to Tab
  2. Enter the email address of the recipient
  3. Enter the Subject
  4. Enter Any information you want to add in the body. 
  5. Click Email PDF.
