How to make changes using the Mass Price Calculator in iControl

Using Permanent Promotion

The best way to make Mass changes in iControl is using the Mass Price Calculator. 

The most common way is to use the Mass Price change to be imported into a batch that has the ability to change the normal price on a certain date.  This is called a Permanent Price change.

1. Pick a location where you're getting the starting price from
   
2. Select how you want to change. Increase on Price by $ or %. Enter amount, i.e  $1
   
3. Click the Promotion Tab
   
4. Enter the date that you want this price active. 
   
5. Enter the Name of the batch (promotion id)
   
6. Click Filters to allow you to filter out your selection. For example, you might just want Packs of Beer. 
   
7. Click Process once selected. 
   

After the process is clicked, the below screen will show. This allows you to edit anything in the highlighted section manually. 

At this point, you can also export to Excel, edit the details, and import again. 

Once you are happy click Create. 

Once completed go into Promotions and Click the Price Tab.  You can also edit the pricing in the batch. 

The Prices will update and send to tills the morning of the date specified.
